Political Engagement
Our Political Engagement Team works with municipal councilors, provincial legislatures and federal members of parliament to assist in the advancement of like minded causes. Phaze 3 team members artfully manage grueling campaign trails at the municipal, provincial and federal levels and frequently assist in the development of rapid crisis responses.
Advocacy
Our Advocacy Team works on behalf of, and in partnership with various organizations to further their causes with governments and other organizations. Our associates are skilled at crafting strategies and plans for proposals. While our advocacy team tackles a wide array of causes, the most fulfilling aspect of the work is when we help empower individuals who are facing difficult circumstances.

Philanthropy
While supporting a number of worthwhile causes, Phaze 3 Associate’s major charitable accomplishment is the establishment of the Together We Stand Foundation (TWS). TWS was established by Phaze 3 Associates’ President and CEO, Rick Ekstein, and his wife Lillian. A nationally recognized foundation that honours and thanks Canadian Military Families for their service, Together We Stand has distributed over $1.5 million in gifts to military families. In 2019, TWS championed a Unanimous Consent Motion through the Parliament of Canada to declare the third Friday of each September as Canada’s official Military Family Appreciation Day.Â
